CANCELLATION POLICY • 48-hour notice required for cancellations • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge • Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

ARRIVAL & TREATMENT • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time while being charged the full amount • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended

HEALTH & SAFETY • A consultation form must be completed before treatment • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate • Specific medical conditions may require a doctor's note • Pregnancy massage is only available after the first trimester

GUEST CONDUCT • Please maintain a quiet and peaceful environment • Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service
