Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your booking in any way please let us know as soon as possible.
Room Cancellations, all guests should refer to the cancellation policy stated on their confirmation. The below is just a guide and is superseded by the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
Room Rates - These rates may be amended or cancelled until 4pm 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Within 7 days no refund will be given under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Rates - These rates will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Packages - These rates may be amended or cancelled up to 4pm 14 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Within 14 days no refund will be given under any circumstances.
Group bookings - these will be agreed as part of your agreed proposal.
All refunds are at management discretion.
Experiences Cancellations
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a 50% refund + still provided with all associated food and drink.
Treatment Cancellations
Once a booking form has been accepted or Client contract issued, cancellations will incur the following charges: Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice or more – 100% refund excluding deposit. Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice – 50% refund excluding deposit. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice - no refund. Cancellation of Individual Treatment/Service with less than 14 days’ notice - no refund. It is recommended that the treatment/Service is shared between other Individuals. Glo reserves the right to cancel the provision of the Service without notice in case of the illness or other emergency related reasons of a Freelance Therapist/ Affiliate or other circumstances beyond its control. Glo shall make reasonable attempts not to cancel the Service but the Client acknowledges that it may not be possible for an alternative Freelance Therapist/Affiliate to attend the Booking. In this circumstance the Client will be offered an alternative day or a full refund will be issued for treatments not received.
Outbuildings will endeavor to resell any cancelled treatment appointments to mitigate cancellation costs, however where this has not been possible you (the guest) will be liable for any and all cancellation fees. Any refunds due will be repaid back to the original payment method within 10 days of the cancellation date.
