CANCELLATION POLICY • 48-hour notice required for cancellations • Full charge applies for cancellations within 48 hours • Rescheduling subject to availability

PREPARATION & ARRIVAL • Arrive 10 minutes before appointment • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing • Bring any pregnancy support pillows if preferred • Light meal recommended 1-2 hours before treatment

CONTRAINDICATIONS Treatment cannot be performed if you have: • Severe morning sickness • Pre-eclampsia • Pregnancy-induced hypertension • Recent bleeding or spotting • Any condition advised against massage by your healthcare provider

THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS • All therapists are certified in prenatal massage • Specialized pregnancy massage techniques used • Proper positioning and support provided throughout

AFTERCARE • Rest for 15-20 minutes post-treatment • Stay hydrated • Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours • Report any unusual symptoms to your healthcare provider

MODIFICATIONS • Treatment will be adapted to pregnancy stage • Pressure and techniques modified for comfort • Side-lying position used for optimal safety
